- 1. Acceptance of Terms
- By engaging ScholarlyProof for proofreading, editing, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- 2. Services Offered
- ScholarlyProof offers:
- Academic proofreading and editing
- Plagiarism checking
- Proposal review
- Statistical analysis support
- Presentation design and formatting
- 3. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins. This confirms your commitment and covers the initial effort. The remaining 50% balance is due after you review and approve the delivered draft. The final, editable version will only be sent after full payment has been received.
- 4. Delivery for Review
- To protect intellectual property, ScholarlyProof may provide:
- A watermarked draft
- A read-only preview
- Screenshots of selected document sections; or
- This allows you to assess the quality before making final payment.
- 5. Turnaround Times
- Turnaround times will be clearly communicated based on the nature and length of your document. While ScholarlyProof will make every effort to meet deadlines, delays caused by incomplete submissions or late approvals are not the responsibility of ScholarlyProof.
- 6. Revisions
- Minor revisions (typos, formatting, clarification) are included. Major changes or new content outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.
- 7. Confidentiality
- All documents are treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share, publish, or use your documents for any purpose other than completing the agreed services.
- 8. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of the work, refunds are not offered once work has started. If there is a concern about quality, we encourage communication to resolve it through revisions.
- 9. Limitation of Liability
- While ScholarlyProof strives for accuracy and quality, we are not responsible for academic penalties, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
